Breakfast- Egg white omelette with red bell peppers, feta, and spinach. Lunch- Strawberry Patch Salad from Cyclone Salads, Grande Skinny Vanilla Latte from Starbucks. Dinner: Homemade Taco Salad with ground turkey, salsa, bell peppers, tomatoes, sharp cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips. Snacks- Chobani Coffee with Dark chocolate chips (bite size), one glass of Skinny Girl California Rose wine, and a slice of vanilla cake with buttercream frosting.
It was my friend’s bday today, so obviously we had a treat to celebrate! I am not about strict diets, I believe it’s OK to indulge every once in awhile! In fact, I’m allowing myself one big dessert a week!
Haha, and yes. My omelette failed and became scrambled eggs. My skillet was too small and I added too many eggs! Maybe next time! :)
